We are seeking an experienced Flat Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems using various materials such as membrane, tar, or asphalt-based products
- Use hand tools including trowels, knives, and cutting tools to execute precise roofing tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing integrity around seams, vents, and edges
- Conduct inspections of completed work to verify quality standards are met




- Utilize carpentry skills for framing or structural adjustments when necessary
- Maintain a clean worksite by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a focus on flat roofing projects
- Demonstrated proficiency with hand tools and roofing equipment
- Strong carpentry background or handyman experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions accurately
- Experience with caulking, waterproofing techniques, and sealing methods
- Capable of heavy lifting for extended periods while maintaining safety standards
- Prior work in roofing or related trades is highly desirable
