We are seeking a creative and skilled Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

- Design and create various floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, and corsages
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their occasions
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Process customer orders accurately using a POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and offering advice on floral care
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in a floral shop setting




- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for catering to diverse customers
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance to care for plants and flowers
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with customers effectively
