Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Foam Insulation Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality foam insulation in box trucks, residential and commercial buildings to improve energy efficiency and comfort. Your expertise will help ensure that insulation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

- Measure and cut foam insulation materials accurately according to project specifications and blueprints
- Install foam insulation using foam insulation machine caulking, and other necessary equipment, ensuring proper fit and finish
- Read and interpret construction blueprints to determine insulation placement and requirements
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sealing gaps with caulking, and ensuring proper adhesion of insulation materials
- Use drywall tools to finish areas around insulation installations when necessary
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including the proper handling of tools and materials




- Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within scope

Skills

- Proficiency in using hand tools and insulation machine
- Experience with construction work, especially related to insulation or drywall installation
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints effectively
- Familiarity with drywall installation and finishing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills
