Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and hospitality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and productive service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and processing of transactions
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, answering questions, and upselling menu items when appropriate
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and food handling stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
- Ensure timely delivery of orders, manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills




- Uphold food industry standards for sanitation, safety, and guest services to enhance overall dining experience

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of the food industry standards
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cashiering procedures including cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service delivery during busy periods
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest services and creating a welcoming atmosphere
