Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their dining experience
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent guest interactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitation
- Support meal preparation activities including basic cooking tasks and food handling procedures
- Manage cash registers, process payments accurately, and handle transactions with professionalism
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations




- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during busy periods
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant operations, cafe or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously
- Experience with kitchen tasks such as food preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with proactive communication abilities
- Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
