We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Food Server to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure customers have a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
● Greet customers and provide friendly, skilled service
● Take food and beverage orders accurately
● Enter orders into the POS system
● Serve food and beverages to customers
● Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
● Check on customers during their meals
● Clear and clean tables and maintain a clean dining area
● Process customer payments accurately
● Communicate customer requests and special orders to the kitchen
● Follow food safety, health, and restaurant procedures
● Work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
● Handle customer concerns professionally
