Position: Food Services Manager Wage: CAD $39.00 per hour Types: Full time, Permanent (various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Working hours: 30-40 hours per week Benefits: 4% vacation pay Job Duties:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations • Plan and control budget and inventory • Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures • Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies • Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary • Recruit and oversee staff training,



conduct performance reviews • Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed • Hold staff meetings, resolve staff complaints and suggestions • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of restaurant for events • Manage catering, events, advertisements Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience is required.
- Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
