We are seeking an experienced

Forklift Operator to work in a freezer/cold-storage warehouse. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in below-freezing temperatures and have strong forklift operating and material-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate

Reach Truck, Counterbalance, and/or Walkie equipment.

- Load, unload, move, and store pallets and products.

- Pick and replenish products using a forklift.

- Move products between freezer, cooler, and warehouse areas.

- Follow inventory locations and shipping/receiving instructions.

- Inspect products and pallets for damage.

- Perform daily pre-use forklift inspections.

- Maintain accurate inventory and movement records.

- Follow all food safety, warehouse, and health & safety procedures.





- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

- Valid forklift certification/licence.

- Previous forklift experience in a freezer, cold storage, food distribution, or warehouse environment preferred.

- Robust Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance experience.

- Must be comfortable working for extended periods in freezer temperatures

.

- Ability to lift up to

50 lbs as required.

- Safety shoes/boots and appropriate cold-weather clothing required.

- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
