Role Description This full-time, on-site Forklift Operator role is located in Oakville & Hamilton, ON.

The Forklift

Operator will safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the facility and yard. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with shipping and receiving activities, organizing and staging inventory, and ensuring materials are handled and stored correctly. The role also involves packing and preparing orders for shipment, performing basic equipment checks, and following all workplace safety procedures and company policies. Collaboration with warehouse and production teams is essential to maintain efficient workflow and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities





- Deliver required raw materials promptly to filling and packaging lines.
- Manage organized receiving of incoming goods and shipping of finished products.
- Complete all shipping and receiving documentation accurately and on time.
- Assist the Production Supervisor with warehouse inventory control and schedule awareness.
- Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols, Company Policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Support operational flexibility by assisting in general labor, batching, or other plant roles when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid forklift certification with proven operating experience.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with 5S methodology and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of handling warehouse demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
