AI Infrastructure

We are building a company-level harness and context layer to enable rapid execution and decouple bandwidth from headcount. We believe we are at the frontier of how a company adopts AI institutionally. There's no playbook for this, so we're assembling a lean, creative team to build a semi-autonomous company.

About The Role The founding engineer will work directly with client teams to understand their problems and bring AI into production. You will own engagements end-to-end, from understanding the client’s business needs, through development, deployment, and relationship management. This work lies at the intersection of full stack AI engineering and business transformation.

Beyond technical delivery, you will play a critical role in the growth of the company by supporting business development efforts,



hiring, and various operational tasks required in an early-stage environment. You will also play a key role in building our foundational AI infrastructure which will help us scale efficiently and maintain a high velocity as we grow.

Indicators You'll Be a Good Fit

- Building and deploying agentic applications using agent SDKs and frameworks
- Proficiency with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.
- Deploying applications across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong communication skills working with C-suite executives
- Startup mindset, high ownership and comfort operating outside your comfort zone with limited handholding.
- A desire to grow into a leadership role that involves mentoring and owning end-to-end engagement delivery.
- Proficient working with AI agents and a strong drive to be at the frontier with the technology.

200,000 - 400,000 OTE + Equity

Location

Full time, hybrid in Toronto is preferred, but not a hard requirement.
