Responsibilities





- Translate and verify content from English to French, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, tone, and brand persona.
- Test and maintain the quality and performance of French Virtual Agents across conversational and voice-based experiences.
- Analyze conversation logs to identify issues with intent recognition, entity extraction, context, and AI-generated responses.
- Create and evaluate French training phrases, utterances, and conversation scenarios to improve NLP/AI model performance.
- Support testing and evaluation of Generative AI/LLM-powered Virtual Agents for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and French language quality.
- Work closely with Technical Leads, Chatbot Engineers, Developers, BAs, QA, and Platform Engineers to optimize Virtual Agent performance.
- Perform end-to-end testing across positive, negative, edge-case, and multi-turn scenarios.
- Translate business requirements into natural, engaging French dialogue flows aligned with the customer’s brand.
- Provide French language-specific feedback and recommendations to improve AI models, prompts, responses, and conversational flows.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in French, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience testing Virtual Agents, chatbots,



or conversational AI solutions.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, and LLM concepts.
- Experience creating training phrases, test utterances, and conversational scenarios in French.
- Ability to analyze conversation logs and identify AI/NLP performance issues.
- Experience with voice-based testing and interaction with native French speakers.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn recent technologies and work independently in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI/NLP or Conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Rasa, Kore.AI, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson, LUIS, Salesforce Einstein, etc.
- Exposure to Generative AI/LLM applications, prompt evaluation, or AI model testing.
- Understanding of conversational UI, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS).
- Experience working on multilingual AI/ML, NLP, translation, or conversational AI projects.
