Mind Body Flow is a wellness clinic in the heart of Yorkville, Toronto, offering RMT massage, acupuncture, facials, and lymphatic drainage in a calm, elevated space designed for genuine restoration. We believe wellness is about more than treatments; it's about how people feel the moment they walk through our doors. We're growing our team and looking for someone who shares that same care for hospitality and detail.

Mind Body Flow is looking for a warm, welcoming presence to be the face of our clinic: the first person our clients meet and the reason they feel taken care of from the moment they walk in. This is primarily a front desk role, with the opportunity to contribute to our social media as part of a cooperative team effort.

What You'll Do

- Own the front desk experience, including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling phones and email while keeping the clinic flowing smoothly
- Create a warm, elevated first impression that reflects the calm and care of our brand




- Support our social media alongside the team by filming content, sharing ideas, and helping bring our online presence to life
- Collaborate with practitioners and the content team on shoot days and content planning

What We're Looking For

- A naturally friendly, personable people person who genuinely enjoys making others feel comfortable and cared for
- Experience in wellness, spa, or hospitality is a strong plus
- Some hands on social media experience, such as filming, ideating, or posting; comfort on camera is a bonus, not a requirement
- Organized, reliable, and detail oriented, with front desk operations coming first
- A team player who's excited to contribute to a growing social presence rather than carry it alone
