About Us:

We are a busy and growing tire shop dedicated to providing excellent service and quality products to our customers. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage daily bookings
- Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, invoices, etc.)
- Communicate with technicians and ensure smooth workflow
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized

Requirements:





- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, POS systems)
- Friendly, skilled attitude and strong work ethic
