We are looking for a part-time receptionist to join our front end team for Monday shifts. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a great first impression — we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As the face of Pure Spa at the front desk, you are the first and last person every client interacts with. You set the tone for their entire experience — and you make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly while they're with us.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting clients warmly and checking them in and out
- Answering phones and responding to booking inquiries
- Managing appointments and scheduling through Vagaro
- Processing retail sales and payments
- Communicating with practitioners about their schedules and client needs
- Keeping the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assisting with daily admin tasks and reports




- Light cleaning and organization of the spa

Schedule & Compensation This is a part-time position covering Monday shifts and some Saturday shifts.

Monday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

1-2 Saturdays Per Month: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

$20.00 / hour
