Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Front End Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, including offering product demos when applicable
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing display areas and ensuring cleanliness




- Handle customer questions via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product availability

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for cash handling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced setting
- Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively to boost sales
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customers
- Demonstrated professionalism, positive attitude, and teamwork orientation
