Responsibilities

- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are accommodated
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with food preparation and handling to support kitchen staff when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations to uphold health and safety standards




- Manage cash register transactions accurately and handle customer payments with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods

Skills

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Experience in serving, food handling, and food safety protocols
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices to create welcoming environments
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
