Join an Established Automotive Aftermarket Business

We are an established automotive aftermarket parts supplier serving customers throughout the region and are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to join our Kamloops team.

This is an important role within our business. We’re looking for someone who is confident managing the day-to-day accounting function independently, takes ownership of their work, and brings a high level of accuracy, organization and follow-through.

What You’ll Do

- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, from day-to-day entries through month-end
- Process Accounts Payable, including invoice review, entry, cheque runs and bill payments
- Manage Accounts Receivable and customer statement runs
- Complete daily receipt entries and account reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly payroll and monthly payroll remittances
- Prepare and file monthly GST returns
- Complete month-end entries, including prepaids and accruals
- Reconcile credit cards and process payments
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with incoming customer calls and order entry as required
- Provide administrative and accounting support across departments
- Work independently while collaborating with management and the broader team

What You Bring
- 3–5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience




- Strong working knowledge of accounting software; QuickBooks experience is preferred
- Solid understanding of payroll, government remittances and GST filings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet recurring deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A qualified, positive and team-oriented approach
- Experience in automotive, parts distribution, wholesale, retail or a similar operational environment is considered an asset
