A solid fit will have 20+ years of experience with .NET technologies, Azure, DevOps, solution design, and technical leadership.

What You Bring

- 20+ years of experience designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and WCF.
- Experience developing scalable web applications, APIs, and integration services.
- Experience with Azure-based solutions and cloud modernization.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Agile delivery, technical planning, and solution design.
- Experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and conducting code reviews.
- Experience working with clients, business users, QA teams, architects, and project managers.
- Experience using AI tools for code analysis, defect investigation, dependency analysis, root cause identification, code review, documentation, and troubleshooting.

- Design and develop scalable web applications, APIs, and integration services.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Support production deployments and issue resolution.
- Support Azure-based solutions and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Implement deployment automation and release management processes.
- Analyze legacy applications and design modernization strategies.
- Migrate monolithic systems to service-based architectures.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Manage technical risks and support on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, business teams, clients, QA teams, and project managers.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development productivity, troubleshooting, and code quality.
