Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 24+ Months

Hybrid: 4 days/week

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, Azure Cloud, and modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or React. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable enterprise applications while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and up-to-date front-end technologies.
- Build and support scalable, high-performance applications running on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and service-oriented solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions for large-scale transactional platforms.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and source control best practices.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing automation, and overall development productivity.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities while ensuring adherence to application security standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:





- 5+ years of software development experience within enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- .NET Core Development
- Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Vue.js (Angular or React experience is also acceptable)
- Experience working with large-scale transactional systems.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Experience with:
- AI-assisted code generation tools
- Automated testing frameworks
- Vulnerability management and remediation
- Development productivity enhancement tools
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other source control systems.
- Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, or Capital Markets platforms.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture and application modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application design patterns and containerized deployments.
