As a member of our Operations team, you will play a key role in helping us achieve daily production targets while maintaining our high standards for quality and safety. Reporting to the Production Manager, Shift Supervisor, and/or Area Lead, you will perform a variety of production-related duties and contribute to the ongoing success of our manufacturing operations.

JOB SUMMARY

- Effectively operating the CNC machine within your department upon receiving training.
- Ensure the successful execution of the production schedule.




- Confirm proper quantities have been manufactured in accordance with the work order.
- Assess quality of materials before production and confirm manufactured items met quality controls.
- Communicate any inventory issues or potential issues with the Area Lead.
- Abide by Health and Safety protocols.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- High school education.
- Physically capable of perform job duties over the course of a shift.
- Able to be trained on the equipment required to operate.
- Take accountability for personal and team results.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Detailed orientated
- Minimum of 1 year work experience operating CNC machinery preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Must have and wear CSA approved work boots.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and work on the shop floor for an entire shift.

BENEFITS

- Salary range: $32,000-$36,000/year, 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday (full time)
