Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services while performing a variety of beauty treatments. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.

The Esthetician will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering high-quality services that enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

- Provide a range of esthetic services including body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in treatment areas and equipment.
- Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
- Perform product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and services.
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales.




- Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Foster a welcoming environment by delivering outstanding hospitality and guest services.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in esthetics.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred, along with skills in upselling services and products.
- Proficiency in various beauty treatments including hair styling, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care is highly desirable.
