We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused full time Keyholder to join our team. Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets through effective coaching and support
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features and advantages of various technology products
- Handle cash transactions, POS operations, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity
- Perform merchandising duties to maintain attractive product displays that drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction




- Upsell products and services by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist in stock management procedures
- Support hiring, training, and onboarding new team members as needed
- Maintain organized store setting with attention to cleanliness and safety standards

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is preferred to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Experience with technology sales, product demos, and technical sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Demonstrated ability in upselling and achieving sales goals through persuasive techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash register operations and financial transactions
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving attitude
- Effective leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and foster a positive work workplace
