School in Spruce Grove, AB is currently seeking a Full Time Temporary Educational Assistant to assist students with diverse academic and social/emotional needs.

Experience with complex needs is an asset.

The assignment is to begin September 1, 2026 and end June 30, 2027 of the 2026-2027 school year.

Salary range $20.14 - $28.46 per hour as per Support Terms and Conditions of Employment.

Preference Given To Candidates With The Following Qualifications

- Experience utilizing strength-based, trauma informed practices
- Experience working with students with diverse needs




- Able to effectively deal with crisis situation; physically able to lift and/or protect
- Supporting Individuals through Valued Attachments training
- Mental Health First Aid or equivalent
- Diploma in child/youth care, Educational Assistant Certificate and experience with Speech/Language Assistance are assets
