Duties

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve pretzels and other menu items
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Keep the store, counters, and work areas clean and organized
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed
- Follow company procedures and maintain product quality
- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, food service, or retail is an asset, but not required. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.



The ideal candidate can work well in a fast-paced environment, communicate professionally with customers and team members, and follow food safety and store procedures. Experience handling cash, taking orders, preparing food, or working in a restaurant workplace would be an advantage.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
