Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their fueling needs, ensuring quick and accurate service
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash, credit, and mobile payments efficiently
- Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to promote convenience store items and loyalty programs
- Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, store shelves, and restrooms
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, balancing registers at shift end
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations
- Manage inventory merchandising, restocking shelves, and organizing displays for optimal presentation
- Use basic math skills to calculate totals, discounts, and change accurately




- Demonstrate effective communication skills with customers and team members in multiple languages if applicable
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for staff and customers

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions confidently
- Strong communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette approach when assisting customers remotely or over the phone
- Demonstrated organizational skills for merchandising and stock management
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail operations is advantageous but not mandatory
- A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to foster customer loyalty and team collaboration
