Description:

Degelman Industries LP is searching for individuals to join our team as General Assembly personnel. Degelman Industries designs and manufactures equipment known for quality and respected by farmers for over 60 years.

Purpose of the Job:

- To assemble a variety of different products associated with agriculture manufacturing under the direction of the Shift Supervisor.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

- Must have the ability to read drawings, blueprints and manuals for the purpose of assembling product.
- Must be capable of operating hand and power tools in a secure and efficient manner.
- Document final quality control inspections.
- Must meet or exceed production standards.





Other duties and responsibilities:

- Forklift operation.
- Over head crane operation.
- Test equipment.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Possess knowledge of agricultural equipment.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Must be able to use precision-measuring tools accurately.
- Must maintain respect and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to meet Degelman Industries standards.

Working Conditions:

- Work in a team environment.
- Assemble and alignment of frames and components.
- This position requires outdoor work.
- This position requires shift work.
- Relevant training will be provided.
