Join our team as a General Labourer and become a part of our construction and maintenance projects! In this role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks including lawn mowing, gardening, snow removal, and support skilled tradespeople and ensure smooth project operations. Duties

- Mow, whipper snip, weed gardens as needed
- Snow removal (both with shovel and machines)
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment across job sites
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
- Support tradespeople by holding materials or tools during installation or repairs
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone
- Perform basic site maintenance tasks such as debris removal and site cleanup

Qualifications





- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Excellent teamwork skills; able to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial setting
- Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as needed
