General Labourer / Renovation Helper

Data Pharms Inc., operating under HomeShare, is looking for a dependable general labourer to assist with residential renovation, turnover and property-improvement work throughout Thunder Bay.

This is an entry-level labour position. We are mainly looking for someone who shows up reliably, follows directions, works safely and is willing to learn.

Typical work may include

- Carrying, loading, unloading and organizing materials.
- Cleaning and organizing work areas.
- Removing construction debris and helping with disposal runs.
- Assisting with light demolition under supervision.
- Preparing areas for painting, flooring and renovation work.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, scraping, sanding and basic preparation work.
- Moving furniture, supplies and equipment safely.
- Helping skilled workers with basic non-licensed tasks.
- Exterior cleanup, yard work and seasonal labour.
- Taking progress photos and confirming when assigned work is finished.

What we are looking for:
- Reliable attendance and the ability to arrive on time.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when something is unclear.




- Ability to work safely and respectfully in occupied and vacant residential units.
- Comfortable performing physical work and safely handling ordinary renovation materials.
- A smartphone for receiving job details and sending basic updates.
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Thunder Bay.

A driver’s licence and vehicle are helpful but not required if you can consistently reach each assigned job site. No tools are required. Tools or previous hands-on experience are helpful but not expected. To apply, please include:

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
