Duties

- Assist with site preparation by unloading materials, setting up equipment, and organizing work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and materials to designated locations
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work sites to uphold safety standards
- Help with loading and unloading trucks or containers efficiently and safely
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Support the setup and takedown of temporary structures or equipment as needed




- Participate in team efforts to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Solid work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial workplace
- Prior experience in manual labour roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site is preferred
