This role is for a brand-new concept from the same group: a red-sauce Italian neighbourhood restaurant opening in Pasadena, blending the energy and nostalgia of an 1980s Italian-American restaurant with a up-to-date, California-forward hospitality experience — high-quality ingredients, scratch-made pasta, an ancient grain focus, and a strong wine program. This will be the group’s first pizza-driven concept and marks an exciting stage of growth.

We’re seeking an experienced, energetic, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of this new restaurant. This is a unique opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives on building teams, shaping culture, and growing with an expanding restaurant group.
