Full Description

As a Graphic Designer at Hiredbuddy, you will be an essential part of our creative team, helping to bring our brand to life across multiple digital and print platforms. This is a fully remote, entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or self-taught designers with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing engaging graphics for social media channels, email newsletters, blog posts, and web pages. You will also assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and presentation decks. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints, interpreting creative briefs and translating them into compelling visuals.

You will use industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as Figma for UI-related tasks. You should be comfortable with basic layout principles, color theory, typography, and image editing. While you will not need advanced illustration skills, a good eye for composition and a willingness to learn are essential.

Day-to-day, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. You will maintain an organized library of design assets, ensuring files are properly named and stored.



You will also collaborate with copywriters and other team members to ensure that design and text work together harmoniously.

Requirements

- 0-2 years of graphic design experience (internships or freelance work accepted)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Working knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Robust portfolio showcasing visual design skills
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
