Print Shop MTL is a full-service printing company specializing in custom apparel, event backdrops, floor wraps, wallpaper, canvases, signage, and more.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and customer-focused Graphic Designer & Print Shop Assistant to join our team and assist with the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with customers to understand their vision and finalize designs Create and edit artwork for apparel, events, signage, backdrops, wallpaper, canvases, and more Prepare print-ready files and make revisions based on customer feedback Communicate with customers throughout the design and approval process Assist with daily shop operations, orders, and administrative tasks Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail

Qualifications




- Experience in graphic design and/or print production Solid knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Understanding of print-ready artwork, sizing, resolution, and file preparation Creative with a strong eye for design Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, reliable, and able to multitask Able to work independently and take initiative Bilingual English/French is an asset Experience in a print shop, event industry, or custom apparel business is an asset
