This role involves establishing workflows, leading grooming processes, and enhancing team capabilities. As a key player in a collaborative environment, you will focus on building templates, refining processes, and ensuring best practices are followed across productions. Key Responsibilities:

- Build Houdini Templates for streamlined workflows
- Review artist work daily to ensure feature quality
- Create character grooms including fur and hair
- Define and re-evaluate grooming processes and tools
- Mentor and lead a high-functioning team

Requirements:

- 5+ years supervising Groom teams in animation
- Expertise in modern Groom practices and methodologies
- Knowledge of USD in the Grooming pipeline
- Solid understanding of CG pipelines and workflows
- Passion for mentoring and team development
