Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs to foster a positive store atmosphere
- Restock shelves with fresh products, ensuring accurate merchandising and attractive displays
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately and providing excellent cashiering service
- Maintain cleanliness of the store by sweeping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing aisles regularly
- Support inventory management by conducting stock counts and assisting with product rotations
- Use communication skills to coordinate with team members for maintenance needs or store updates




- Assist in operating forklifts when necessary for heavy lifting or stock movement, following safety protocols

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members in bilingual or multilingual environments
- Excellent organizational skills to keep shelves tidy and stock well-maintained
- Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout shifts; attention to cleanliness and safety standards is essential
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while providing friendly service
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced retail setting
