Saunic is Winnipeg’s social sauna and cold-plunge studio—a welcoming, community-focused wellness space where conversation and connection are encouraged. We’re not a silent spa; we’re a place where people come to feel good, connect and enjoy the benefits of hot and cold therapy together.

We’re looking for friendly, dependable and community-minded Guest Experience Hosts to join our team at Saunic Stafford.

The Role

Guest Experience Hosts are responsible for creating a safe, welcoming and memorable experience from the moment guests arrive. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, facility monitoring, cleaning and community building.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and check in guests
- Introduce first-time visitors to the sauna and cold-plunge experience
- Explain facility guidelines, safety procedures and sauna etiquette
- Create a friendly, inclusive and social atmosphere
- Monitor guest areas and respond calmly to questions or concerns
- Clean and reset the sauna, cold-plunge room, showers, change rooms and lounge
- Complete laundry, restocking and routine facility checks
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Assist with community sessions, special events and private bookings

What We’re Looking For

- Friendly, confident and comfortable connecting with new people
- Dependable, punctual and able to commit to a consistent schedule
- Able to work independently, take initiative and remain calm under pressure




- Comfortable completing regular cleaning and facility-upkeep duties
- Comfortable working in a warm, humid environment
- Available for approximately 2–4 shifts per week (daytime, evening and weekend shifts available)
- Customer service, hospitality, recreation or wellness experience is considered an asset
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is considered an asset; successful candidates must be willing to complete the required training before working independently
