Job Overview: As a Guest Service Agent at our hotel, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.

Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately.

Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.

Utilize bilingual skills to assist multilingual guests effectively.

Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with guests over the phone.





Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Uphold hospitality standards by delivering personalized service to all guests.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred.

Proficiency in using phone systems and hospitality software.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.

Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus.

Knowledge of guest service principles and practices.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
