We are looking for a Guidewire Developer for a 6 months contract with high possibility of extension. Role ideally is hybrid in Downtown Toronto, but open for full remote.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the Guidewire platform.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Configure and maintain Guidewire Product Model components.
- Support Home insurance Line of Business functionality and related business processes.
- Participate in development, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Review technical requirements and translate them into scalable Guidewire solutions.
- Collaborate with other developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Follow established development standards, best practices, and SDLC processes.

Required Qualifications




- Strong hands-on Guidewire development experience.
- Experience working with the Home insurance Line of Business.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Product Model configuration.
- Current Guidewire certification.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire architecture, configuration, and development practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to quickly understand existing applications and contribute to an established development team.
