Job Summary We are seeking a passionate Intro To Comp Trained Gymnastics Supervisor to join our team and inspire athletes of all ages to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and a desire to educate and motivate students in a positive and encouraging environment. Responsibilities - Instruct gymnastics classes for various age groups and Xcel levels - Develop and implement training programs to enhance gymnasts' skills - Provide feedback and guidance to help athletes improve their techniques - Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions - Plan and organize gymnastics routines and performances - Collaborate with other coaches to create a cohesive training environment Skills - Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and training methods - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to educate and motivate athletes effectively - Previous experience in coaching gymnastics is preferred - If you are enthusiastic about coaching gymnastics, fostering skill development, and creating a positive learning workplace, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
