- Greet clients warmly and assist with their check-in at the front desk, ensuring smooth appointment flow
- Prepare clients for styling by washing, drying, or setting hair as directed by senior stylists
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across workstations, tools, and salon areas to ensure a secure environment
- Support stylists during hair treatments by passing tools, mixing products, or assisting with styling techniques
- Promote retail products and upsell services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue




- Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently using salon management software
- Communicate clearly with clients about their services, aftercare instructions, and upcoming promotions

Skills

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques and salon sanitation procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
