Lounge we offer a range of services, taking care of out clients from hair, to skin to nails! we are a one stop shop for our clients so that they don't run around the city going to multiple salons we have created a space that they can trust and leave with the utmost confidence.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in your station and tools to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options
- Upsell retail hair products and treatments to enhance client experience and increase revenue opportunities




- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews
- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and salon policies to deliver top-tier service consistently

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and address their needs confidently
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, blow-drying, and special treatments
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and ensure client safety
- Effective communication skills for engaging clients and collaborating with team members
- Experience in retail sales to promote hair products and salon services effectively
- Front desk experience is a plus for managing appointments and client interactions smoothly
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a dynamic salon environment
