Duties

- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles to meet each client’s unique preferences.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair care treatments to enhance client results and increase sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling payments efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training sessions.




- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a loyal customer base.
