Job Summary

Looking for an experienced, skilled Handyman to manage general repairs, basic trade work, and property maintenance across job sites in London, Burlington, and Waterloo.

Requirements

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, or general trades

- Language: Valuable communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and report issues clearly.

- License: Valid G Driver's License

Key Responsibilities

- Perform troubleshooting and repairs in carpentry, drywall, taping, mudding, painting, and caulking

- Safely operate heavy-duty power tools (saws, drills, grinders, sanders) and equipment

- High-quality finishing work

- Manage site prep, transport materials, and maintain strict safety standards across locations

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes.

- Physically fit for heavy lifting, manual labor, and long shifts

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
