Duties

- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting and house renovations
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Install cabinets, caulking, and other fixtures with precision and care
- Assist with construction estimating by assessing project scope and materials needed
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols during all repair and construction activities

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction machinery




- Extensive construction experience across multiple trades including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and painting
- Skilled in home renovations and restoration work
- Experience with construction estimating processes for project planning and resource management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs and improvements
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding project requirements
