Job OverviewWe are looking for a reliable Handyman/woman / Carpenter to join our property management team in Prince Albert. You will maintain, repair, and upgrade residential and commercial rental properties. Your work keeps our buildings safe and comfortable for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine property maintenance and minor repairs.
- Complete basic carpentry tasks, including fixing doors, cabinets, trim, and drywall.
- Handle general plumbing and electrical fixes like changing light fixtures or unclogging drains.
- Paint interiors and exteriors of units between tenant moves.
- Inspect buildings to spot issues and report major safety concerns.




- Prepare vacant rental units for new tenants quickly.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a handyman, carpenter, or general maintenance worker.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, tools, and general repair methods.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel between properties.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
