About Greespi Greespi is a biotechnology initiative originally founded in Ukraine and now operating as a U.S. corporation with divisions in the EU and the UK.
What began as a personal solution to fundamental gut health challenges has evolved into a vertically integrated biomanufacturing platform focused on functional nutrition that preserves the biological activity of whole food.
This approach is designed to support:
- gut health
- microbiome balance
- reduction of systemic inflammation
- recovery and metabolic resilience
- long-term health and longevity
We are not building another supplement brand.
We are building a new category at the intersection of food, biotechnology, and human health - focused on biological integrity, metabolic balance, and next-generation nutrition systems.
Our infrastructure is already operational:
- proprietary bioreactor cultivation systems
- controlled cold-chain delivery
- international logistics validated across multiple markets
- growing global demand with repeat customers
Over the next 5 years, we are scaling globally across the U.S., EU, MENA, and Asia, with plans to deploy automated production facilities in multiple regions.
This is not a product launch.
This is category creation.
Role Overview We are looking for a Head of PR / Communications who will take ownership of how Greespi is introduced and understood in the global media landscape.
This is not a consultant role.
This is an execution role.
Your responsibility is not to write strategies.
Your responsibility is to make the story visible in the right media.
What You Will Do
- Lead global PR execution - not just planning
- Build and maintain direct relationships with journalists and editors
- Drive consistent outreach to top-tier media (business, tech, health, and culture)
- Secure high-quality editorial coverage (no sponsored or paid placements)
- Translate complex scientific and technological concepts into compelling media narratives
- Identify and engage credible third-party voices (medical experts, researchers, thought leaders)
- Position Greespi as a category-defining company, not a product brand
- Align PR with long-term brand narrative and strategic direction
What We Do NOT Need
- Generic PR strategies without execution
- Media lists without real relationships
- “Awareness campaigns” without measurable outcomes
- Sponsored placements, advertorials, or low-quality media coverage
- Standard wellness / supplement PR approaches
What We Expect
- Proven track record of placing stories in credible editorial media
- Strong relationships with journalists (not just databases)
- Ability to operate in complex, science-driven narratives
- Clear understanding of difference between product PR and category PR
- High level of ownership and accountability
Month 1 expectations:
- Build a targeted media list (30-50 relevant journalists)
- Initiate outreach and start conversations with media
- Generate first signals: responses, interest, editorial discussions
We measure progress by:
- conversations with journalists
- engagement quality
- editorial movement
Not by documents.
Media Scope We are interested in coverage across:
- Business & innovation media (Fast Company, Bloomberg, etc.)
- Technology & future-of-food platforms
- Health & science-driven publications
- Select high-quality wellness media
Trade media is acceptable as a starting point - but not the end point.
Compensation
- Competitive base (retainer or salary depending on structure)
- Performance-based upside tied to high-quality editorial placements
- Potential long-term role with equity participation for the right candidate
Why This Role Is Different You will not be promoting a product.
You will be helping define how an entirely current category is understood.
This requires:
- intellectual depth
- narrative precision
- strong media instincts
- real relationships
How to Apply Please include:
- Examples of media placements you personally secured
- Specific journalists or outlets you would approach for Greespi and why
- Your view on how this story should be positioned in the media
We are looking for clarity, not volume.
- This role is for someone who wants to build something meaningful, not just run campaigns.
