Our customers are some of the most discerning professionals in real estate, and the products they use every day need to earn their loyalty. We're looking for a Head of Product Design to define and build the design discipline at LP. We're at an inflection point as a product organization, with AI capabilities opening up new surface area and a customer base that’s more engaged than ever.

Define and publish a Product Design strategy within your first 90 days, then evangelize it company-wide Champion the customer's perspective in every product decision, keeping agent needs at the center Own the quality bar for every customer-facing experience Translate product strategy into design execution that moves the metrics that matter Lead and develop the Product Design team, building an environment where great designers want to stay and grow Integrate AI tools and workflows into the design practice to increase design velocity by 25% without compromising quality 8+ years in product design, with at least 3 years in a Head of Design, Design Director, or equivalent leadership role ~ Experience building and scaling design teams, with demonstrated success retaining top talent ~ Deep ownership mentality: you take responsibility for quality and outcomes,
