Job Title: Health Care Aide

Location: Rideau Ferry Country Home Retirement Residence

Position Summary

The Health Care Aide is responsible for providing personal care and support services to residents in a secure, respectful, and efficient manner, in accordance with the Home’s policies and procedures.

The below positions are available:

- Full-time evenings
- Weekend day coverage
- Weekend evening coverage

Requirements:
- Availability to work weekends
- Must have a valid Canadian work permit
- Must be able to reliably commute to the residence location
- Must complete all required onboarding and recurring training requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and services to residents as needed
- Complete scheduled care tasks and accurately document the assistance provided
- Follow all workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work and storage areas
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Permanent Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
