About the Role

As the HSE Advisor, you will provide front-line health, safety, and environmental support to ensure secure, compliant, and effective operations across client sites and projects. This role works closely with workers, supervisors, and leadership to promote a strong safety culture and practical safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the implementation and maintenance of HSE programs and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, observations, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Provide on-site coaching and guidance to workers and supervisors.
- Assist with incident investigations, reporting, and corrective action follow-up.
- Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Monitor compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain safety documentation, including inspections, audits, permits, and reports.




- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to resolve HSE concerns and improve safety performance.
- Perform additional HSE-related duties as required.

Education & Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education or formal training in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Construction, or arelated field.
- 5+ years of HSE experience supporting construction, industrial, or energy-sector projects.
- NCSO, CRSP, CHSC, or equivalent safety certification preferred.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification and other site-required safety certifications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.

Skills & Experience:

- Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Experience conducting inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and report-writing abilities.
- Practical, solutions-focused approach to workplace safety.
- Cultural awareness and ability to work respectfully with diverse teams and Indigenous communities.
- Ability to work independently in dynamic field environments.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
