Healthcare Marketing & Physician Outreach Specialist

Global Pulse Cardiology Center is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-oriented Healthcare Marketing & Physician Outreach Specialist to support the growth of our cardiac diagnostic services across the Greater Toronto Area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building professional relationships, visiting physician offices and clinics, and helping healthcare providers learn more about available cardiac diagnostic services and referral pathways.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain professional relationships with family physicians, cardiologists, medical clinics, and other healthcare providers
- Visit physician offices and healthcare facilities throughout the GTA
- Promote Global Pulse Cardiology Center’s cardiac diagnostic services
- Educate healthcare professionals about available testing and referral processes
- Develop new referral relationships and maintain existing professional connections
- Increase awareness of the clinic and its services throughout the GTA
- Identify new outreach and business-development opportunities
- Track physician-office visits, outreach activity, contacts, and follow-up opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of marketing and relationship-building activities
- Follow up with clinics and healthcare professionals in a professional and timely manner
- Represent Global Pulse Cardiology Center professionally in all external interactions
- Collaborate with clinic management and staff to support outreach and growth initiatives

Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical, diagnostic, pharmaceutical,



or related marketing/business development is preferred
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident interacting with physicians, clinic managers, and healthcare professionals
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Professional presentation and communication style
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of the GTA healthcare community is considered an asset
- Previous physician-outreach or medical-referral experience is a strong asset
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the GTA are preferred

Position Details Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Setting: On the road / Field-based

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

Compensation: Competitive compensation plus performance-based incentives
