Full time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

CD Mechanical is a locally owned and growing heavy-duty repair shop based in Grindrod, BC. We specialize in servicing agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, logging equipment, highway trucks, and commercial vehicles. We take pride in providing quality workmanship, honest service, and building long-term relationships with our customers.

We're looking for a motivated Heavy Duty Agriculture Mechanic to join our team. Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment and machinery.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, drivetrain, and mechanical systems.
- Repair and replace components including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and hydraulic systems.
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate with customers and coworkers professionally.

Qualifications
- Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Technician preferred,



but experienced apprentices and qualified mechanics are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working on agricultural equipment is required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (Class 1 or air endorsement is an asset).
- Welding and fabrication experience is considered an asset.
